** NOTE ! : Due to the lack of 15M0125 (High Capacity) cartridges in circulation, the 15M0120 (Low Capacity) is refilled to the "High Capacity" level by our Refilling Co.. Please be assured that if a cartridge is recieved with the Low Capacity number (15M0120) it has been refilled the High Capacity level.

*Guarantee: If for any reason you do experience any problems with the
remanufactured cartridge that we sell you, we will replace the cartridge or
your money back, your choice. All that we ask is that first try our
"Trouble Shooting" tips to resolve the problem. In the event that you still
experience problems, all that is required is that you place the letters
"RMA" in front of your invoice number and write it on the return package
and send it back. Please supply us with a test printout of the copy quality
problems you were experiencing with the cartridge so that our supplier will
grant us a replacement.
